Delivery Information

General
The majority of orders are delivered within the UK in two to three days, Europe 7-10 days & globally within 30 days. Depending when your order is placed and the availability of the products, we aim to have your items despatched within one working day or at a date you specify.

Please note all bouquet orders are sent on the same day for next day delivery if ordered before 3.00pm unless you specify a later delivery date. However, PLEASE NOTE that any order placed over the Weekend WILL NOT be dispatched until Monday.

UK Orders
In the UK we use Royal mail for some Tea & Estate orders. All bouquets and orders over £50.00 are automatically sent via Fedex overnight courier or Royal Mail special delivery.

For courier deliveries a signature will be required. If there is no one at the delivery address they will leave a card containing a contact number and time of arrival. If you are out or miss them simply ring the number stated on the card and arrange a suitable alternative delivery time.

Alternatively you can request, when ordering, to have the items left in a secure place on your property or have your goods delivered to a neighbour or place of work if you wish as long as someone is there to give a signature.

Fedex
Hours of delivery are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail
Hours of delivery are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Europe & Rest of the World
We ship our English tea and estate products all over the world.
Please note floristry orders cannot be sent outside of the UK

Carriage rates quoted ensure that orders to Europe are sent via airmail whilst orders to areas outside of Europe are by surface mail. You may however upgrade to airmail by requesting this when ordering.
